WHAT IS RAS?
We Stand out
WELCOME TO RAS
WHERE INDIVIDUALIZED PITCHING EXCELLENCE IS OUR FOCUS
We stand out for our tailored programs and deep personal connections with each player. From weight room guidance to technical design, velocity, rehab, and more, we ensure a seamless integration of body, mind, and skill.
On the technical side, we redefine pitcher development by focusing on the entire body. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a high school prospect, we adapt our strategies to your stage of the career. We believe in efficiency, understanding that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to pitching but one efficient way tailored to each player’s unique abilities.
At RAS, we’re not selling retail products or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we offer a diverse range of training modalities and collaborate with experts in nutrition, soft tissue therapy, chiropractic care, and mental coaching. We’re your one-stop-shop for a holistic approach to pitching, steering clear of quick fixes and embracing the long-term process.
Join us at RAS for an individualized journey where every pitch is crafted with precision, every player is seen as a unique individual, and every goal becomes a shared objective.
What Training at RAS Looks Like
Why Choose RAS
Tailored Programs
Rotational Athlete Solutions is built around individualized development. That does not mean training is random or that every athlete receives a completely different philosophy. RAS uses a consistent decision process, but the prescription changes according to the athlete in front of us.
We begin with the athlete's history, current skill set, body, training age, injury history, goals, timeline, learning style, competition calendar, support system and current performance. From there, we decide what matters now, what can wait, and what must be protected.
Player Connections
At RAS, development is built on real relationships, not one-off lessons. We take the time to understand each athlete's history, goals, and learning style — so we coach the person, not just the pitcher.
Communication runs both ways. Athletes know what they're working on, why it matters, and how we measure it. That builds trust and, over time, independence.
Seamless Integrations
Pitching development doesn't happen in one department. Skill work, strength and conditioning, arm care, recovery, and mental performance all shape how an athlete performs — so we train them as one connected system, not separate silos.
Because our coaches share the same plan and the same information, every part of your training points in the same direction. Body, mind, and skill develop together.
Collaboration
Great development takes a full support circle. RAS works alongside experts in nutrition, soft tissue therapy, chiropractic care, and mental coaching — and coordinates with your family and outside coaches so everyone is aligned on the same priorities.
That keeps the process clear and conflict-free, with the whole team working around one plan built for that athlete.
One-Stop-Shop
Everything an athlete needs lives under one roof. We're not here to sell retail products or quick fixes — we take a holistic approach covering assessment, physical development, throwing, recovery, and the support around it.
No piecing a program together from scattered sources. From first evaluation to long-term performance, RAS is one connected home for your development.
